During Design and Technology this term, the P7 children were taught how to use the electric fretsaw. All the children used the fretsaw to cut out a star. They then used sandpaper to smooth the edges of the wood. Next, they used the hand drill to make a hole and finally, they decorated their star before hanging it on the class Christmas tree.
