Easter Assembly

We had a lovely end to the term with our Easter Assembly, which we held this year at Ards Evangelical Church. Nicky Bradley, from Knock Presbyterian Church in Belfast talked to us about special days. All the children had prepared songs to sing to the parents and P5/6 performed an Easter drama. P7s led us in prayer. It was a lovely service and at the end the winner for the Easter Bunny competition was announced, as well as the winner of the World Book Club reading challenge and the Model Railway drawing competition. Mrs Thompson also told us that the P6 and P7s won the Sumdog daily mental maths challenge that week so well done everyone.
