Farrans visit to Loughries

On Thursday 9th November we had a visit from people who work for Farrans. They gave us a very interesting talk about the works they are completing in our local area. The engineer talked to us about his job and the opportunities available for engineers around the world. We were also made aware about site safety and we were shown lots of safety posters. All P7 children had the opportunity to climb up into the digger and sit in the seat. Thank you to Sarah and her colleagues for a lovely morning and for the goody bag of resources for each child.
