International Day of Play

On Wednesday we celebrated the 'International Day of Play'. We enjoyed the parachute, using the outdoor toys and having an afternoon of board games.

We thought of all the facts we have learnt about the jungle and wrote a class acrostic poem. 

Our book of the week was 'Doing the Animal Bop'. We discussed lots of rhyming words and the patterns to look out for in words that rhyme.

On Friday in art we designed our own buckets and spades for our summer display.
