Learning about our Skeletons

In P5/6 we have been learning that bones help us move, protect our organs and give us support. We were given the challenge of building a structure to support a tennis ball off the table using 10 A4 sheets of paper and a metre of sellotape. The most successful structure supported the ball 60cm high. We noticed that cylindrical and cone shapes worked best.
