Measuring

This week P1/2 took their numeracy outdoors. We were calculating how many cups of water it would take to fill different items and everybody worked well together as a team.

Our literacy book was 'The Slightly Annoying Elephant' by David Walliams. We created adoption posters for our favourite animals that we would like to adopt and made super elephant masks. 

During play we have been enjoying putting on jungle shows in our new puppet theatre.

On Friday we talked about jungle explorers and made super jungle explorer binoculars!
