Outdoor Club

Today we started our Outdoor Club for P4 and P5 and had a great time outside in the lovely weather. We started by discussing how some insects can disguise themselves to protect them from predators and then we were set the challenge of creating our own insect using the materials we had collected on our walks over the Easter holidays. Each group created a fantastic insect and we had some brilliant names for these new bugs! Mrs Burns also showed us a pine cone that had been eaten by squirrels. It was great fun and we are very excited for next week!
