Potato and leek soup

A yummy treat for P7 last week when we made potato and leek soup. We took turns to wash and chop the leeks and potatoes. Then, we fried the leeks in butter, before adding the potatoes and stock. When it was cooked, it was blended before we could eat it. Mrs Gibson also brought in wheaten bread to enjoy with the soup.

 

We also wrote up the method in our books. It was delicious!
