Rocky Roads for Mother's Day

It is now safe to put up these pictures now that Mother's Day has passed. We drew on lots of different bits of our recent work to make a present for our mums. First, we made cuboids using our knowledge of 3-d shapes. Then, we used our weighing skills to measure out ingredients and we had to use our instructional writing to write up the recipe and method. We made Rocky Roads and it was very messy! The feedback from the children is that the mums enjoyed them very much!
