Swimming

9th Dec 2023

Niamh Neil represented our school at the prestigious Swim Ulster Primary Schools Cup & Championships 2023 at Bangor Aurora Aquatic & Leisure Complex today. Niamh swam two fantastic races in front of a packed gallery. The first race was the 50m freestyle in which she smashed her entry time by nearly four seconds. Niamh's next race was the 50m butterfly which is the most difficult stroke in swimming and she had another great swim. She displayed great character, technique and determination and I am very proud of her. Well done Niamh. Let's Go Loughries!    Mrs Thompson
